About the role
- Obtain, prepare, and measure samples
- Assist with works and technical input into numerous processes
- Assist with Hydro-met investigations
- Conduct metallurgical test work according to test plans and flow sheets
- Operate metallurgical machinery and equipment
- Record results, measuring, and labelling of samples
- Clean equipment, tools, and working areas
- Maintain quality by establishing and enforcing organisational standards and good practices
- Adhere to a positive, healthy, and safe work environment in accordance to legislative requirements
- Comply with all legislative, ISO, company standards, procedures and policies
About you
- Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Strong grasp of core chemical engineering principles and concepts
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the field
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively
