About the role

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and confidentiality standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and insurance providers to facilitate smooth communication, resolve inquiries, and coordinate administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined processes and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of private health administration
  • Participate in training sessions and educational programs to deepen your understanding of private health regulations, policies, and best practices

About you

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare billing and coding processes
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in the dynamic field of private health administration
