About the role
- Liaise with work teams and warehouse activities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound
- Update inbound documentation and reports to reflect goods received
- Update outbound documentation and reports to reflect goods dispatched
- Organise bookings of delivery and pick-ups
- Follow up on delivery ETA’s
- Scan and email PODs
- Create pallet transfers and take charge of pallet count
- General Warehouse and Operational Administrative tasks
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
- Answer calls and transfer them to the requested person
- Reply to emails in a timely manner
- Follow up on escalated emails and close them off
About you
- Pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the team
