About the role
- Creating organic social media content for our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Tracking engagement on our social media platforms and responding to customer enquiries
- Utilising our live chat feature on our website to engage with customers
- Assisting our sales team & marketing partner to devise social media advertising campaigns
About you
- Studying a relevant degree (social media, digital marketing, communications etc)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing principles and tactics
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their respective advertising capabilities
- Capacity to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
