About the role
- Xplan introduction, One Drive management, FD & Opt-ins
- Email and physical mail, Cash management, FDS, tax reporting
- Send authority for information and update Xplan
- Working on the FDS and opt-in process. Assisting the with Tax Planning project for the financial year
- To assist with onboarding new clients, which includes liaising with product providers in completing product summaries.
- To complete general administration work, assisting with client advice documents.
- To complete insurance and superannuation policy summaries, attended a monthly meeting for professional development

- Knowledgeable of Financial software
- Eagerness to learn all finance tasks
