The hosting company is a global supplier of an extensive range of vertical access man lifts ranging from 3.8 to 20 m working heights. Founded in 2003, the company was created with an objective to specialise in the design, manufacture, marketing, and distribution of vertical access personnel lifts for the Australian and International markets.
About the role
- Through a professional mechanical engineering perspective, improve existing products and participate in the design of future models
- Conduct testing and performance verification of machines as required
- Provide mechanical troubleshooting and periodic inspections of machines for customers
- Interact and communicate with professionals globally to continually solve mechanical problems and provide effective solutions
- Through the analysis and solicitation of information, establish reports and proposals
About you
- Mechanical engineering qualification
- Health & reference checks prior to commencing employment
- Some industry experience in Elevated Work Platforms would be preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
- Familiarity with mechanical component design
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and controls
- Multi-tasking skills & quick-thinking ability
